$120K in non-dilutive funding we're pursuing alongside the round.
NRC-IRAP enrollment is confirmed, with funding scope under negotiation. Mitacs Accelerate and NSERC Alliance are under application. SR&ED is a retrospective tax credit, claimed after qualifying spend rather than received upfront. Amounts are not yet secured and are not guaranteed to stack.
